Interior contractor

Does anyone know of a good interior contractor? Someone who can do electrics, plumbing, plastering etc. And has reasonable English in the Kiev area. I have a house that needs finishing and I would like someone who is reliable, reasonably priced and keeps to schedule. Any ideas ?????????

Would it not be easier
In that case for the government
To dissolve the people
And elect another?

I've got a guy 2 1/2 hours south of you that went to Kyiv to do a larger 2 apt. project for me. He camped in one and worked on the other then switched. But alas he has little English.
In Russia we only had two TV channels. Channel One was propaganda. Channel Two consisted of a KGB officer telling you: Turn back at once to Channel One. Yakov Smirnoff

We have a guy who I believe is the best....He has worked for us many times. I am sending him a PM now...If he is available I will PM you with his contact information. His English kinda sucks, but you can get through a conversation with some effort.
