Dear Friends and Wardens:

We would like to invite interested U.S. citizens in Kovel and the surrounding area to meet with a U.S. Consular Officer for routine ACS services on Friday, October 27th, at 'Comfort' Hotel. The Officer will be available from 5:00 p.m. till 6:00 p.m. in the hotel lobby.  'Comfort' Hotel is located at 8A Grushevskogo St. in Kovel.  Please note that the services will not be provided after 6:00 p.m.  Please plan your visit accordingly and come as early in the hour as possible. 

The Consular Officer will be able to provide limited citizen services on-site.  These include notary services and acceptance of passport and Consular Report of Birth Abroad applications. In addition to any required documents listed on our website, please make sure you have photocopies of all your originals and translations with you. If you need a passport for someone under the age of 16, please understand that in almost every circumstance both parents and the child must come in person to submit the application.  Please note that all of the fees must be paid in exact change in U.S. dollars only. All services will be provided by appointment only.  To make an appointment, please email your full name, passport number, date of birth and type of service you are requesting to kyivacs@state.gov or call us at +38-044-521-5566 before 3:00 p.m. Thursday, October 26, 2017.  You can get in touch with us using the same phone number and email address if you have any questions about any of the services that will be available.

We would like to invite interested U.S. citizens in Uzhgorod and the surrounding area to meet with a U.S. Consular Officer for routine American citizen services on Friday, November 17, at the 'Letuchiy Gollandets' hotel.  The Officer will be available from 12:00 noon till 01:00 p.m. in the hotel lobby.  'Letuchiy Gollandets' hotel is located at 19 Pobedy (Kalushanskaya) St. in Uzhgorod. Please note that the services will not be provided after 01:00 p.m. Please plan your visit accordingly and come as early in the hour as possible.

The Consular Officer will be able to provide limited citizen services on-site.  These include notary services and acceptance of passport and Consular Report of Birth Abroad applications.
