Russia's frozen conflict in Transnistria, a model for what they do to Ukraine, just received a shock.   Akhmetov's electric generators in Ukraine,  just made a deal with Moldova, to replace Transnistria's power plants as a source of wholesale electric power.
I guess this means Transnistria will be $100 million poorer and need more Russian support.  What are the implications for Ukraine's electricity shortage?
